Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the purchase of physical products within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

How to exercise it

You may exercise withdrawal from the order detail received by email or by sending a clear statement through the formulari de contacte. You may also use the standard withdrawal form included on this page.

Effects of withdrawal

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal communication. The product price and original standard shipping costs will be refunded. Additional costs will not be refunded if a more expensive shipping method was chosen.

Return costs

Except in case of our error or defective product, direct return costs are borne by the customer, provided that this information was given before purchase.

Legal guarantee

A return due to defective product or lack of conformity is not withdrawal. Physical goods have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Exceptions

Personalised products, hygiene-sealed products once opened, perishable goods or services/activities with a specific date may be excluded from withdrawal where applicable.
