Ethics Channel
FCSD promotes ethical behaviour, trust and responsibility with all people and organisations with whom it works. For this reason, FCSD provides an Ethics Channel for professionals, service users, families and third parties.
The Ethics Channel can be used to report possible irregularities related to compliance with FCSD's Code of Ethics, and also to submit gratitude, suggestions and complaints.
To ensure secure two-way communication, reports must be submitted through the free Co-Resol app or through the web access shown on this page. The access code is fcsd.
The channel guarantees confidentiality and, if the reporting person wishes, anonymity. Communications are handled according to the principles of integrity, autonomy, confidentiality, fairness and non-retaliation.
