Purchase and payment process

The user adds products to the cart, reviews the order summary, enters the required details, accepts the terms and privacy policy, and confirms the order using the order confirmation button. Payment is processed securely through MONEI.

Delivery

Delivery times will be communicated during checkout. If no specific period is indicated, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

Returns, warranty and defective products

Withdrawal is different from a return due to defect or lack of conformity. Defective products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In case of our error or defective product, the issue will be handled without undue cost to the consumer.
