CIT Introduction to Work Course
Curs de preparació teòrica d’iniciació al món laboral amb l’objectiu de potenciar les teves competències perquè puguis adquirir uns coneixements i una autonomia que et permetrà, posteriorment, accedir al món laboral ordinari. Per accedir a aquest curs no és necessari experiència laboral, si que es requereix interès i ganes d’aprendre en tots aquells aspectes relacionats amb el món professional (aspectes de sociabilitat i maduresa, recursos per reflexionar i facilitar la resolució de conflictes laborals, autonomia, entre d’altres). Inicia’t al món del treball! És requisit imprescindible estar inscrit al SOC com a Demandant d’Ocupació.
Curs pendent d’atorgament de la subvenció del SIOAS 2026, cofinançat pel Fons Social Europeu, amb el suport de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
Theoretical and practical course designed to strengthen your personal resources and help you acquire new knowledge, skills, and competencies to access the open labour market. The training combines classroom-based learning with a work placement agreement in a mainstream company.
No previous experience or minimum educational qualification is required. Your attitude, motivation, and willingness to engage in meaningful learning will be highly valued. The course aims to help you become aware of your role as a worker and as an active member of society, identifying your strengths and competencies, developing them, and applying them in a real work environment.
Registration as a Job Seeker with the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) is a mandatory requirement.
This course is subject to the approval of the SIOAS 2026 grant and is co-financed by the European Social Fund, with the support of the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya).
