Brief definition

We are an employment inclusion service for people with intellectual disabilities.

We offer preparation to find and keep a job. We provide support to you, your family, and the company. We work with regular companies.

Our goal is to achieve equal employment opportunities and ensure you have jobs with fair wages.

SIOAS Program

Comprehensive Guidance, Support, and Job Placement Services for people with disabilities or mental health conditions who are seeking employment.

Who is it for?
The program is aimed at people over 18 years old who:
- Have a recognized disability degree of 33% or higher
- Are unemployed job seekers registered with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia
- Are currently employed in mainstream companies and are in a follow-up phase for job placement and/or supported employment

The set of actions included in the SIOAS program are:
🔹 Individual job placement plan supporting the person throughout the entire process.
🔹Individual and group activities tailored to their profile and professional goals.
🔹Personalized tutoring for guidance and defining professional interests.
🔹Planning of the employment pathway.
🔹Complementary training in equality, environment, occupational risks, etc.
🔹Job search and digital literacy workshops.
🔹Visits and internships in mainstream companies to promote hiring.
🔹Social skills workshops.
🔹Cross-cutting and employment-related training.
🔹Internships in mainstream companies.
🔹Ongoing support throughout the project.

Incou Futur Program

Inclou Futur is a comprehensive service providing guidance and support for labor inclusion. It is staffed by a team of professionals experienced in labor inclusion within the Barcelona Labor Inclusion Network (XIB).

Who is it for?
- Companies
- People with disabilities or mental health conditions

The program offers:
🔹 Information on the social and corporate benefits of labor inclusion.
🔹 Support for both the individual and the company during the selection process and on the job.
🔹 Information and guidance on accessibility in the workplace.
🔹 Training activities to ensure inclusion.

La Caixa Incorpora Program

We help people at risk of social exclusion access employment through:
🔹 Incorpora Program: we promote corporate social responsibility among companies to highlight the value of employing disadvantaged groups.
🔹 Training and support services provided by job placement professionals.

Who is it for?
- Vulnerable people: people with disabilities or mental health conditions, and people at risk of or experiencing social exclusion (young people with school failure, long-term unemployed, people over 45, women at risk of exclusion, people who have been incarcerated, newcomers, etc.).
- Companies: the program offers companies a corporate social responsibility resource focused on labor inclusion.
- Social organizations: together with affiliated social entities, the program generates more employment opportunities in the mainstream labor market through a network of job placement professionals.
- Employment inclusion professionals: the program enhances the professionalization and job placement capacity of affiliated social entities, as well as the professional training of job placement technicians.

🔹 Support throughout the adaptation process.

Training courses for employment and job placement

Our own offer of training courses for labor insertion and employment.

Who is it for?
- People with Down syndrome or other intellectual disabilities over 16 years old.

The current courses are:
🔹 Digital Skills Workshop. Course to acquire basic digital skills to operate autonomously, responsibly, and safely in computer environments, virtual spaces, social networks, and applications.
🔹 English Course. Basic English learning course.
🔹 AFA – Adult Education Classroom. Course in basic instrumental skills (reading and writing, mathematics, money management, etc.).

No, it is also for people in other situations of intellectual disability.
🔹 Do I need prior experience?
No, it is not necessary. We help and guide you from the very beginning.
🔹 Do you help with job interview preparation?
Yes, we help you prepare and we support you throughout the process.
🔹 Do companies receive support after hiring a person with a disability?
Yes, we provide support throughout the entire inclusion process.
🔹 If I receive a pension or financial benefit, can I work?
Yes, but we advise you on which benefits are compatible with employment.
