This Privacy Policy aims to provide you with the necessary information regarding how we process the data we collect, as well as the rights available to you, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and other applicable data protection legislation.

2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?
The Foundation collects IP addresses through cookies (see the Cookie Policy in our Legal Notice) for statistical analysis and website monitoring purposes. This information is processed in aggregated form and does not allow identification of individuals from their IP address. The purpose is to monitor the correct functioning of the site and to understand, for example, which content or sections generate the most interest.

- Data: Identification and contact details, personal characteristics, social, academic and professional background.
- Purposes: To process your application to participate in the organisation’s recruitment processes.

Events and Conferences Form
- Data: Identification and contact details.
- Purposes: To manage the event for which you have voluntarily registered. To send information about Foundation-related activities. Images and/or audio may be captured and published in various media, always with the prior consent of those involved.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract (General Terms and Conditions of Event Registration) and, for the capture of images/audio and sending of communications, the corresponding consent.
Newsletter Form
- Purposes: To manage the newsletter you have voluntarily subscribed to. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Newsletter General Terms and Conditions) and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
Training Form
- Purposes: To manage student enrolment. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
Donation Form
- Purposes: To process donations made. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
Member Form
- Purposes: To manage the Foundation’s members. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
Volunteering Form
- Purposes: To manage the Foundation’s volunteers. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
Online Purchase Form
- Purposes: To process the purchase request. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
Medical Appointment Form
- Purposes: To manage the appointment request. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Management of the request and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
ABC21 Subscription Form
- Purposes: To manage the registration request. To send information about Foundation-related activities.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Legal Terms) and, for sending communications, the corresponding consent.
3. Do we share data with third parties?
The Foundation will only share data with third parties when legally entitled to do so, in the following circumstances:
- Legal obligation: when it is necessary to provide data to a Public Authority (Tax Authority or Law Enforcement).
- Performance of a contract: for example, to manage prize draws or competitions in collaboration with third parties.
- Consent: when you have expressly consented to your data being shared with other entities related to the Foundation.
The Foundation works with data processors, i.e. service providers who may access data in order to provide contracted services, but solely for the purposes specified by the Foundation (for example, IT or digital marketing services).
4. How long do we retain your data?
The Foundation will retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contracted service or subscription, or for as long as participation in an event, a query, or a recruitment process is being managed. Regarding communications, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn. Once consent is withdrawn, data will be blocked and made available exclusively to courts, the Public Prosecutor or competent data protection authorities, for the limitation periods applicable to liabilities arising from the processing.
5. Security measures
The Foundation has implemented the technical and organisational measures necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the corresponding risk assessment.
6. International transfers
The Foundation will not carry out international transfers of data outside the European Union or to countries without an adequate level of protection as declared by the European Commission.
7. Links to other websites
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the Foundation’s website. It does not apply to other websites you may access through external links. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of any other website you visit carefully, even if you have accessed it through a link on our website.

We will respond within a maximum of 1 month from receipt of your request.

- Right to object: You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data.
- Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your data when, for example, the purpose for which it was collected has ended.
- Right not to be subject to automated decisions: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and may request that a human being make the relevant decision.
- Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

9. Minors
Our website is intended for adults. By completing any data collection form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and take full responsibility for this.
